Tweet Files - Episode 2: MegFowler
Posted on March 3rd, 2008 by Robert
Episode 1 was so much fun to do, I decided to do episode 2!
This week’s interview is with Meg Fowler (megfowler on Twitter.) Meg is an amazing writer and blogger who just happens to be from Canada. Listen to the podcast and go read her blog.
In this episode, we get to know a little bit about Meg, what she does for fun, and what she thinks about bloggers who call themselves writers.
Use this link to download it for later.

You are a very fun interviewer. I think my point in all of my babbling was to say that the future of social networking is to keep the social intact… less analysis, less rules, more connectivity and content.
Sure, we all come for different reasons — you should be true to what provides value for you. But leave it at that — it’s what works for you.
As with blogging — you need a Dave Winer AND a Dooce AND a Lifehacker AND a Seth Godin to make the world go round.
Hmmm .. Great Big Sea may sing Consequence Free, but I’m guessing the song is not Royalty Free.
ADDED by Robert: The songs came from Podsafe Music Network. I assume that these are from their earlier independent recordings.
That was an awesome interview. It seems Meg speaks the same as she writes: in a very entertaining way.
I have been a twitter follower of Meg’s for a little while now but I am increasingly interested in her blogs as her writing is just unmatched (at least in the circles I run in). Not only that, but I almost look forward to an entirely new Twitter page of Meg Fowler tweets every five minutes.
Good show, both of you. I will be following you shortly Robert.

The curly-hair queen of technology news tells us how it goes! Meg is a favorite friend of mine. She dispenses a little too much common sense for the internet’s own good. I think I’ll have to go troll a blog just to feel better about myself.
Thanks Robert! Thanks Meg!
