Shadowrun Beta and Halo 3 Release News
This is just a short post to pass along two bits of news/rumor. One has to do with the Shadowrun beta, and the other with the upcoming Halo 3.
I just received an email from Microsoft Game Studios that the Non-Disclosure Agreement has been lifted for those of us working on the Shadowrun Beta. We can now talk about what we want in the game and even show some screen caps. When we do so, we should state that the game may not look like the release version and some of the issues brought up will be fixed before release.
I’ll post a pre-review of the game as soon as I get some more experience with the new patch that came out this month. I need more time to get used to playing the Trolls and Dwarves.
On the Halo 3 front, there appears to be a rumor going around that the game may be released in September instead of November as is expected. While I hope this is true, I am not putting a lot of stock into the reports. This type of info is widely passed around and people pile on all sorts of anecdotal evidence that really don’t lend any credibility to the report, just drool-inducing hope to fanboys like me.
